6 Steps to Creating a Quantum Blueprint for Health from..evolutionezine.com

The power that creates the body, heals the body. Dr. Joe Dispenza
Some of the greatest information about our capacity to heal, our DNA programming, the science of epigenetics and the mastery of choice, has come from scientists like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Evolve Your Brain, Dr. Bruce Lipton, The Biology of Belief, Dr. Candace Pert, The Molecules of Emotion, Gregg Braden, The Science of Miracles, and science writers like Lynne McTaggart in her new book, The Bond.
Here’s what you can know for sure:
1.  We know from quantum physics that words are energy and that the words you speak can actually change your DNA.
2. We are all holographic entities. There are brain cells throughout the body and anything you think or experience in one part of your body-mind, is instantly thought and understood in all areas of your body.
3. When you focus on what you want and focus your positive intention, especially with The One Command in theta, you open receptors to joy and close your receptors to pain.
4.  Your life choices may be based on your past history, and when you decide to choose from your current awareness, your choices will be based on what you want instead.
5.  You are able to connect directly with your subconscious mind in the unified field, and communicate how you intend your life to be now. You are able to collapse the field of probabilities in this moment and create what you consciously want.
6.  You create out of your subconscious by sending thoughts, which become biochemical messages, to your DNA. Through this process you form a new normal for yourself and create a new blueprint for your health.
Therefore you can:
1. Get clear on what you have in terms of your health
2. Choose the state of health you desire
3. Create that state by using the 6-steps and The One Command
4. Acknowledge and accept your new blueprint for wellness.
5. Celebrate your new state of wellness
6. Commit to keeping your mental focus on health
Sometimes, once we make a change and have a success, we allow ourselves to fall back into old limiting beliefs because we re-create them and reinforce them.

You can achieve the 6 steps listed above by using various approaches including the simple and powerful One Command and transform your life to what you have always wanted it to be.
Here are several sample One Commands to support your transformation – just close your eyes, ground your energy, align with Source, go to the theta brainwave and say these words in your head – once said, let your thoughts go to the expansion of all possibility and then know that your actual DNA has changed.
I don’t know how I trust myself to allow my body to accept a whole new blueprint of health, wellness and inner peace I only know I do so now and I am fulfilled!
I don’t know how I embrace my original perfect blueprint of health, wellness, and inner peace, I only know I do now, and I am fulfilled.
I don’t know how I love myself and love my new way of being in the world, I only know I do now, and I am fulfilled.
Each of us has the capacity to re-assess what we want in our lives and how we want to be. We have the capacity to find out what we want instead and then change our DNA programs. We have always known that we have the capacity to change, deep down and intuitively, and now we have the science, quantum physics that demonstrates to us that this believed actuality is a scientific reality.
Each of us has the capacity to choose what method we will use to enable ourselves to change our DNA program, and they will all include at least going to theta, and they will all include being consistent. So follow your preference as to how to affect change, support yourself in your transformation and allow yourself to accept the support of your ‘transformation buddy’ that friend who loves you unconditionally.

Letting Go Of Expectations..

True needs are very few, but expectations are limitless..

When a person’s behaviour does not match your expectations,

you can try to change their behaviour, or you could let go of your expectations.

With one simple change of thinking, you free two people at one time.

The other person is free from having to behave in a certain way,

and you are free to love better.

Letting go is hard, but definitely worth it.

5 steps..

1. Identify faulty assumptions

2. Seek to understand

3. Observe carefully

4. Recognise the consequences

5. Ask for agreement

Let Go Of Expectations

The one thing that shatters relationships and ruins friendships more than any other is expectations. When we say that someone is not meeting our ‘needs’, we usually mean that he is not living up to our expectations. True needs are very few, but expectations are limitless.
When a person’s behaviour does not match your expectations, you can try to change their behaviour, or you could let go of your expectations. The first is an exercise in frustration and causes untold damage to relationships. The second is also difficult, but possible and worthwhile. Learn to let go.
1. Identify faulty assumptions
For some reason, when we get close to a person, we start to demand that this person acts in a certain way. We reason that “if you loved me, you would…” This type of reasoning is based on two faulty assumptions:
a. That love can be defined in a certain way

b. That the other person agrees with this definition
Neither assumption is reasonable, and once you accept that your way of thinking is not the only right way, you’ll find it easy to reject the assumption and therefore adjust or even completely drop your expectations.
2. Seek to understand
People show love in different ways, as explained by Gary Chapman in his excellent book “The Five Love Languages”: words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, gifts, and physical touch. Someone else may speak a love language that you do not understand because your love language is different.
When you travel to another country that speaks a different language from yours, the locals may not understand what you are trying to say to them. In the same way, when someone tries to love you in their own way, it is you who may not understand. This does not mean that they are not trying. It is not their actions that you need to change, it is your understanding.
3. Observe carefully
When you stop expecting a certain behaviour from others, you free yourself to see more clearly. You will start to observe what they actually do, instead of constantly seeing the gap between what they do and what you want them to do.
For example, if you expect your child to obey your instructions quietly and he starts to question you, you may get upset because he doesn’t meet your expectation of what a ‘good boy’ is. If you drop this expectation and listen to his questions instead, you may pick up on a specific fear he has which is causing him to resist your instruction. When you see more clearly, you can respond more effectively.
4. Recognise the consequences
You would probably be upset if somebody loved you only when you behaved a certain way. Children who grow up with this kind of conditional love become insecure adults who try too hard to please. Spouses who feel they are not good enough for their partners may seek acceptance in somebody else’s arms.
Relationships are not transactions. If you’re in a relationship because of what you get out of it, it is a transaction. We all have needs that have to met, but it is futile to expect the other person to meet these needs. It is easy to let go of expectations once we accept responsibility to meet our needs ourselves, and are in a relationship not for what we can get but for who we can be.
5. Ask for agreement
If an expectation you have is important because it touches on non-negotiable values or morality, seek to convert that expectation into an agreement. Agreements are not expectations. Expectations exist in your own mind, often without the knowledge of the other person. Agreements are explicit verbal commitments by both parties on a set of acceptable and unacceptable behaviours.
Decide on what is non-negotiable to you. Highlight these to the other person and explain why it is so important. I’ve found that calm discussions work much better in this case than yelling matches. Be very specific about the behaviours you expect and ask if the other party agrees. Be prepared to return the favour. Once both have agreed, honour the groundrules.
If you cannot convert a non-negotiable expectation to an agreement, you’ll have to make a tough choice. You have to decide whether to let go of the expectation or the person. Personally I think that a flesh-and-blood person is almost always more worth holding on to than an expectation that exists only in my mind.
Let go of your expectations. I’m still working on this myself, but the few times I have managed to let go have been truly liberating. With one simple change of thinking, you free two people at one time. The other person is free from having to behave in a certain way, and you are free to love better. Letting go is hard, but definitely worth it.

PROJECT CAMELOT: KERRY CASSIDY LIVE IN GLASTONBURY

Uploaded by on Jun 3, 2011
In May, 2011 I spoke in Glastonbury, UK on my way to attend the Megalithomania Conference and conduct interviews with several speakers there as well as around England. This is an excerpt from my talk set up on short notice at a local pub. The set and logistics were pretty a bit impromptu but the crowd was wonderful and we had a great time. I was traveling with Tommy Hansen, webmaster from Project Camelot who has worked with us for over 3 years. On this trip he was assisting me as cameraman on several of the interviews making use of his another area of experience in film.

Although the technical difficulties make this a rough and uneven production, I felt that the spirit of the place, the people and the material is still worth capturing...

Enjoy!

Living in 96' sq. feet.. A Tiny Home Tour :D

Sustainable! Self Sufficiency..
Amplify’d from faircompanies.com

Homes are shrinking in America. After doubling in size since 1960, the national average dropped for the first time in nearly 15 years (by 9%, the size of an average room). But far from this new average of 2,000 plus square feet are the so-called tiny houses. Also called wee homes, mini dwellings, or microhomes, their definition is not exact, but they run as small as 65 square feet.
And yes, people really live in them. Why? Those at the Small House Society- calling themselves a voice for the Small House Movement- explain the reasons range from environmental to economic. "The movement is the result of concerns about what we are doing to the environment, and what the environment is doing to us (wild fires, flooding, hurricanes), as well as a shifting economy. Some people just desire to live simply so that others can simply live".
Jay Shafer builds and designs small houses ranging in size from 65 to 837 square feet for his Tumbleweed Tiny House Company. He's also spent the past decade living in his tiny creations.
In this video, he gives us a tour of his 96-square-foot home on wheels parked in Sebastopol, California. Surprisingly, there's plenty to see: living room, kitchen, bathroom, sleeping loft and some decent storage.
We also have an article on the Tiny House Movement.

Transfiguration into Androgynous Perfection..

There is a Fine Line Between.. The process of Divine Masculine/Divine Feminine integration and the complete transformation of the human self-perception... the collective perception of male and female gender interpretation...and TWIN SOULS... Thank-you PLATO.. ♥ :D (light-bulb moments!)

see TWIN SOULS Relationships.. (video)

http://youtu.be/fyugOPbNRkA

This is from PLATO..

2,500 years ago...

The moment your soul was created it possessed male-female, ying-yang polarity and energy. God's love for you made sure that these two complimentary forms of consciousness, the masculine and feminine, would be bound together throughout eternity.

The two halves of one soul have been called twin souls, twin vibrations, twin rays or twin flames. Said another way, you only have one twin aspect of your soul in the entire universe who vibrates at the same frequency of light that you do. This is quite an awesome thought. However, the story is a bit more involved than this simple explanation.

Soon after our souls were created we left the joy and bliss of the Absolute to enter and experience the physical universe, in which we currently find ourselves. Originally we were ONE complete soul, one family, one Being. There was no separation, just complete joy and unspeakable bliss. However, when we left the Absolute to enter our universe of duality and opposites, all of that changed.

The ONE Soul, which was originally whole, began to separate and divide itself into smaller and smaller fragments of Itself over the ages. This occurred so that we could eventually relate to one another as races, nations, and families or as individuals while in the physical universe of opposites.

As the splitting of the ONE occurred, relationships were born. And it is through relationships that we create opportunities to know ourselves, to remember our divine origin, to seek reunion and oneness with one another and eventually return to our Source. The twin relationship plays a very important role in all of this, as part of the divine, cosmic plan.

At the end of the cycle of division, our individual souls made one final and very painful decision. We separated from our twin, the other half of our soul-self, when we lost our way on planet Earth and became physical man and physical woman.

We did this for a reason. As part of the divine plan, separation had to be experienced at all soul levels. This included twins within the same soul, so that we could initially experience and feel what separation was like. Then, when the time was right, we would reverse the entire process and experience the ecstatic joy of reunion.

Over the ages, and throughout our many lifetimes, the experiences and feelings of separation constantly reminded us of our yearning and craving for completion with our Source and with our twin. That inner hunger for wholeness is why we search for romance and relationship. That is why we have families. That also is why we seek God. We are trying to re-create the same oneness we felt in the beginning.

Transfiguration into Androgynous Perfection

http://www.childrenofthesun.org/

The process of Divine Masculine-Divine Feminine integration necessitates a complete transformation of the human self-perception as well as the collective perception of male and female gender interpretation. This requires the release of existing human programming that supports the old paradigm of masculine/feminine attributes and perceptions and replaces it with a unified and balanced view. In this process we are freed individually and socially from the existing patterns and belief systems that have plagued humanity. The transformation is designed to "upgrade" our entire being including profound physical changes we can expect to experience as the neural patterns of the brain, the interpreter for our consciousness in this experiential reality, reconfigures as we evolve and become "whole brain" beings.

This single aspect of our ascension alone is a profound quantum advancement for humanity.
