Five Layers of the Human Energy Field..

Via..

Five Layers of the Human Energy Field

By , About.com Guide

Your human body consists of five layers of energy. The first layer is your physical body. The outer four layers of energy are commonly referred to as your aura. Collectively, these five layers or "energy bodies" are the human energy field. An energy medicine practitioner treats all layers of the human energy field, not just the physical layer.

1. The Physical Energy Body - The first layer is our physical energy body. This is the layer that we generally think of as our physical selves. But, our physical bodies are also energy, same as the other layers of the body that most people cannot see or sense on a physical level.

2. The Etheric Energy Body- The second etheric layer of our energy body is located approximately one quarter to one half an inch (not more than one inch) from the physical body. Energy medicine practitioners who are adept at psychically sensing this layer have described it as feeling "webby." Much like a spider web, it feels sticky, or stretchy. It is also grey or grey-bluish in color. The etheric energy body has also been referred to as the blueprint or holograph of the physical body.

3. The Emotional Energy Body - The emotional layer of our energy body is the third layer. Centrally located among the five layers this body is the keeper of our feelings. It is here where both our fears and jubilation's reside. This layer can be quite volatile when we are experiencing extreme high and low emotions.

4. The Mental Energy Body - It is in the mental layer where our ideas spring from. Our belief systems are also stored here. This is where our thoughts are assimilated and sorted out. In this layer our personal truths, or rather, our perceptions based on our experiences are housed.

5. The Spiritual Energy Body - The spiritual layer of the human energy field is the final layer. It has been said to be the place where our "consciousness" or "higher awareness" resides.

Sea Salt & Baking Soda, Best Natural Remedy For Radiation Exposure

If you have been exposed to any form of radiation, either for medical diagnostic purposes (fluoroscopy/mammography/other medical x-ray exams) or in the course of radiotherapy treatment, or if you are otherwise concerned by excessive radiation exposure, overload or poisoning (such as living near a nuclear reactor facility, working with diagnostic radiological equipment/in the nuclear processing industries/uranium mining/uranium or plutonium processing), or if you have been exposed to radioactive particles or higher ionizing radiation doses stemming from other sources such as depleted uranium (DU), testing of atomic weapons, frequent flights in higher altitudes, a nuclear disaster (radiation fallout from the Japan nuclear power plants) etc., here are a number of tips and suggested remedies how to naturally help your body excrete damaging radioactive elements (e.g. strontium and radioactive iodine) or detoxify their noxious byproducts such as free radicals as well as deal with radiation burns.

If you are having any kind of radiation treatments, macrobiotic is the cure.  Macrobiotics is very effective in curing radiation sickness and cancer.
If you are diagnosed with cancer and you want to survive the cancer avoid any and all exposure to radiation treatment. Radiation treatment of any kind is what actually kills people diagnosed with cancer.  Exposure to radiation causes a cascade of free radicals that wreak havoc on the body. Free radicals damages DNA, protein, and fats. Free radical damage has been clinically proven to be a major contributor to cancer.  That being said, people don’t die of cancer, they die of radiation poisoning.  The repeated exposure to radiation through so-called treatment overwhelms the body’s immune system. Cancer doesn’t cause hair loss for cancer patients, the radiation treatment is solely responsible for that. Cancer doesn’t cause weight loss, the radiation treatment causes that because it suppresses your appetite. Cancer doesn’t cause a cancer patient to become very weak and sick, the radiation treatment poisons the body and makes them very weak and sick.
According to Michio and Aveline Kushi, in his book Macrobiotic Diet, Michio Kushi states: ‘At the time of the atomic bombing of Nagasaki in 1945, Tatsuichiro Akizuki, M.D., was director of the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Nagasaki. Most patients in the hospital, located one mile from the center of the blast, survived the initial effects of the bomb, but soon after came down with symptoms of radiation sickness from the radioactivity that had been released. Dr. Akizuki fed his staff and patients a strict macrobiotic diet of brown rice, miso* and tamari soy sauce soup, wakame and other sea vegetables, Hokkaido pumpkin, and sea salt and prohibited the consumption of sugar and sweets. As a result, he saved everyone in his hospital, while many other survivors in the city perished from radiation sickness.’”
In case you missed it the secret to surviving all forms of radiation exposure is sea salt. If you are concerned about the radiation fallout from the Japan nuclear plants disaster or if you had an X-ray (from hospitals and airport screening) or radiation treatments for cancer, soak your body in sea salt (not iodized table salt) baths to help pull out the radiation from your body.
If you were diagnosed with mouth or throat cancer and you were subjected to deadly radiation treatments gargling with baking soda mixed in water will help neutralize the radiation.
Baking soda is so powerful in curing radiation contamination that at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, researcher Don York has used baking soda to clean soil contaminated with uranium. Sodium bicarbonate binds with uranium, separating it from the dirt; so far, York has removed as much as 92 percent of the uranium from contaminated soil samples.  Still not convinced?  Would it help to know that the United States Army recommends the use of baking soda to protect the kidneys from radiation damage.
Radiation is very toxic. Exposure to radiation of any amount is harmful to your body. Exposure to radiation through x-rays (hospitals and airport screening) or any of the so-called cancer treatments are the most dangerous source of radiation poisoning. X-rays and radiation cancer treatments are far deadlier than radiation fallout because the exposure is concentrated and frequent.
To pull the radiation poison out of the body, try bathing in half a cup of sea salt and half a cup of baking soda. Soak for at least 20-30 minutes, every day for three weeks or every other day for six weeks. . . or go on a vacation to the West Indies or South Pacific and swim in the ocean every day for three weeks! Why the Indies or South Pacific? Because of the higher concentration of sea salt.  Where is the best place on Earth to go for curing yourself of radiation?  The Dead Sea.   The Dead Sea salt content is four times that of most world’s oceans.  Sea salt draws the radiation out of the body.
Can’t afford to travel to the Dead Sea and cure yourself of the radiation poison from nuclear plant fallout, x-rays and radiation cancer treatment?  A tiny pinch of good quality sea salt in several glasses of distilled water each day will provide one with all the minerals and trace elements you  need to rid your body of the radiation and stay healthy.
Can’t stomach sea salt? The amino acid, cysteine also protects against the damaging effects of radiation by terminating the free radicals produced by ionizing radiation. Cysteine, together with methionine, cystine, and their derivatives, is numbered among the “sulphurated amino acids” due to the fact that these amino acids contain sulfur in addition to carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen.

Chakras

Chakras

Chakra means Wheel in Sanskrit.
Consciousness and energy move from one
frequency to another in spiraling fashion.

The body has energy centers that look like
spinning wheels and are called Chakras.
They allow energy to flow from
one part of the body to another.

As with all things in our reality,
they are linked to sound, light and color.

To heal, is to bring the chakras into alignment and balance

then understand the nature of creation and your purpose in it.

It's all in motion in the alchemy of time.

Series Summary
Massage therapy is a practice with a multiplicity of benefits. Whether it’s a quick rubdown or a full-body treatment, the human touch has practical applications for promoting both physical and emotional well-being. The basic idea behind massage is the use of motion, pressure, tension, and vibration on certain areas of the body, localized around muscles or joints in pain or under stress. This allows a release of tension and a return to a homeostatic condition. Therefore, massage is very important for general stress relief, pain management, encouraging physical and emotional healing, or improving circulation.

In this free instructional video series, our expert will show you how to find trigger points and the benefit of each of these trigger points. Learn how to get chiropractic help and improve your massages with the help of these step by step instructional videos.

Correcting Posture = Immunity & Longevity..

I was watching Gabriela's video from Youtube
as she is discovering the possibilities of using
Healing Touch based on Quantum Energy healing..

Healing is as simple as this.. just using Attention & Touch..

~ my Comment:
from TYHYCHI Networks..

As I watch this video my response is:
It is so awesome to watch as people discover healing touch..

Yes, Muscular Re-Alignment & Correction happens:
Anytime touch is combined with your attention..
Touch/Attention releases compressed energy (PSI) trapped within the layers
of your muscle..
-this naturally corrects or re-aligns the strands (fibers) of the muscle..
the body can calibrate naturally, using any type of energy releasing techniques like this,
allowing the reversal of dis-ease by correcting posture & muscle alignment..

The muscle strands when blocked actually go out of alignment by twisting linear-ly,
and not only compress and close off to a degree.. but block off proper circulation,
so that we don't get the appropriate amount of cellular regeneration recycling new cells with old cells..

The ability to release Energy Blockages of any kind is possible whenever you use your attention and awareness and direct it towards something.. anything.
Which is why EFT and similar modalities work so well and instantly in most cases..
(EFT = Emotional Freedom Technique)

If you use this perspective using these same principles for any and all ENERGY blockages of
your BODY, MIND & Spirit.. you inherit your own innate ability to self heal..
and gain back control of your own life.. it's that simple to start the healing process..

Once you engage in this healing process, the journey just begins..
the healing is only the beginning.. the Universe immediately combines/attracts
Opportunities, Challenges, Blessings and Rewards to guide you through to each
new step toward Enlightenment, Wholeness..
Oneness of Your Body Mind & Spirit!

Foreword
Two decades ago, Delores Kreiger introduced the concept of
Therapeutic Touch, which has been most widely used by nurses.
Just as there are many roads to Rome, there are certainly many
techniques for "healing."
To me, all of these are part of a universal concept that I call
"sacred healing."

I have personally met and have been trained by Richard Gordon
in his healing modality,
Quantum-Touch. Many of my staff also were trained and we
were able to demonstrate that Quantum-Touch, even without
touching the patient (!), is capable of changing the
electroencephalogram.
Symptomatic relief was obtained in a number of our chronic
pain patients.
Rapid relief of pain and resolution of healing after surgical
removal of wisdom teeth was noted in one young lady.
Sally Hammond in her book, We are All Healers,
over 25 years ago emphasized the potential healing ability of
every human being.
Quantum-Touch appears to be the first technique that may
truly allow us all to become healers.

Sincerely,
Dr. C. Norman Shealy, M.D., PhD.

Founder,
Shealy Institute for Comprehensive Health Care
Founding President,
American Holistic Medical Association Research &
Clinical Professor of
Psychology, Forest Institute of Professional Psychology

Introduction
Quantum-Touch is a method of hands-on healing that literally
must be seen to be believed. Employing only a very light touch
on yourself or others, you can profoundly accelerate the body's
own healing response.
The effect is so immediate and extraordinary, you can actually
see bones in the body spontaneously realigning themselves
with only a light touch.

" Since the body decides where to place
these bones, you need never worry
about doing it right.
Beyond structural realignment,
pain and inflammation are
quickly reduced, while organs, systems,
and glands become balanced."

To empower yourself to use Quantum-Touch,
you simply need to learn various breathing techniques,
body awareness meditations, and hand positions.

Those who apply the principles and techniques of this book
can become highly capable practitioners in but a single day.

This is because the ability to heal is an inherent part of people's
essential nature.
Just as new cars coming off the assembly line are all equipped
with a steering wheel, windows, and doors, the ability to help
heal each other is automatically built into the system.

As surely as children are endowed with the ability to walk,
learn language, laugh, cry, and love, we all have the ability
to be healing practitioners.
"Once you have learned Quantum-Touch,
you can never forget how to do it. "

The process is very much like learning to ride a bicycle.
Before you begin, the idea of sitting upright on two skinny wheels
would probably seem quite impossible.

"When you first start to stay upright, it seems like a miracle,
but after some time, it becomes completely natural and
expected. "

When you first observe the results of using Quantum-Touch,
the experience will often be surprising and unforgettable..

Like riding a bicycle, what had appeared miraculous will in
time become natural and even expected.

Beyond this, there is an immense joy and satisfaction in knowing
that you can assist others in their healing process.

One small note of caution:
I believe that this joy is contagious..

Deepak Chopra wrote,
"To promote the healing response, you must get past all the
grosser levels of the body —cells, tissues, organs, and systems
—and arrive at a junction between mind and matter,
the point where consciousness actually starts to have an effect."
I believe there is such a point where consciousness and matter
intersect, that this junction exists on a quantum (subatomic) level,
and that this extraordinary connection between mind and matter
is accessible to us through our love and intent.

By harnessing the innate power of our love, we can dynamically
and positively activate the body's own healing process.

From the DNA to the bones, all cells and systems effortlessly
respond to the healing vibration of your love.

The following are some interesting things I want you to

know about Quantum-Touch:

Practitioners from each hands-on healing modality who have
studied Quantum-Touch in the United States, Canada,
and Europe have told me that it significantly increased the
power or effectiveness of their healing practice.

Chiropractors think of it as an advanced form of chiropractic.
Physical therapists think of it as a more effective form of physical
therapy.
Similarly, acupuncturists have told me that it works like an
advanced form of acupuncture.
Reiki masters call it "Reiki empowerment" or
"turbocharging the Reiki."
Quantum-Touch combines seamlessly with numerous other
techniques to enhance their effectiveness: massage, shiatsu,
jin shin do, acupressure, polarity, cranial sacral,
therapeutic touch, healing touch, and so on.

Quantum-Touch is a wonderful stand-alone therapy
for people with no previous training.
This may well be the easiest healing technique that there is to learn.
Nearly everyone can learn to do extraordinary healing work after
two days of training.
It is so easy, you can easily learn from this book.
Children can usually learn to do this work almost immediately.
Quantum-Touch will empower people to relieve a tremendous
amount of pain and suffering of friends and loved ones.
It is truly one of the essential life skills we should all
know.

On a purely selfish and personal level, I wish to live in a world
where healing is considered real, where healing is universally
practiced, and where humanity's kind and generous good nature
can be readily expressed.

For these and numerous other heartfelt desires, I invite you to
join me on a wondrous journey of discovery — the discovery of
Quantum-Touch.

"It's not important that you know everything -just the
important things."

Acupuncture Point Charts

What is Acupressure

Acupressure is a form of Chinese medicine, it uses the fingers to press key acupressure points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self healing abilities. Acupressure is applied with pressure from the hands and fingers to the acupuncture points without needles. The Chinese have been using acupressure for over 5,000 years.

How does Acupressure work ?

Acupressure point are places on the skin that are especially sensitive to bio-electrical impulses in the body. Chinese cultures believe the points to be junctures of meridian pathways that carry energy called chi the Japanese call it ki. Western scientists have also mapped out and proven the existence of these points using electrical devices.

These points can be stimulated with pressure, needles, or heat to release endorphins that relive pain, as a result pain is blocked the blood and oxygen flow is increased causing muscles to relax and healing to accelerate.

Types of Acupressure

There are many different types of acupressure, and each practitioner may draw from a variety of methods. One of the most popular is shiatsu, a Japanese technique based on ancient Chinese principles. Practitioners of Zen shiatsu use their whole bodies as leverage to apply strong pressure. Barefoot shiatsu practitioners bring the feet into play, as well as the hands, to rub and press acupressure points. In the Chinese acupressure variation known as Tui Na, practitioners use their hands for massage like kneading motions. Reflexology is a type of acupressure that involves pressure points on the feet and sometimes the hands.

Benefits of Acupressure

* Relieving pain
* Balancing the body
* Reduces tension
* Increases circulation
* Relaxing

Many people have reported success using acupressure to relieve pain,
reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation. A number have found the therapy especially helpful for easing back pain and for certain types of headaches, including migraine.
Post-operative pain and nausea has been found to respond to pressure point massage.
Chronic sinusitis sufferers have also found it useful for easing congestion. Although research results are mixed, acupressure is also commonly used for morning sickness, motion sickness, and other types of nausea.

* Some people find that treatments improve their overall vitality and well-being.

The Acupressure Treatment

During a treatment, which can last anywhere from 15 minutes to nearly an hour depending on the severity of the problem, an acupressure therapist may have you sit or lie on a massage table. Some acupressure therapists will work through clothing; others will ask you to undress (you will be covered with a towel).

The therapist will then locate and work on the specific acu-points that relate to your condition. Pressing a point behind your knee, for example, can help address low back pain. Or pressing a point on the top of the foot may help ease the pain of migraine.

Typically, the therapist will press each point for about three to ten seconds (longer in some cases). The points may be pressed and released repeatedly.
If the problem doesn't respond after about 20 to 30 minutes of treatment, acupressure may not be effective for you on that particular day, or for that particular ailment.

After a treatment, you will probably feel looser and more relaxed. You may experience a slight soreness, but you shouldn't be in pain. Within three to eight visits, you should know whether the treatment is working for your ailment.
Stress management usually requires a series of about six regular (weekly or monthly) treatments.

Manipulations

* Percussion: 1-3finger percussion light medium or strong pressure
* Pressing:  this is done with the thumb.
* Pinching:  pinching movement used on the hands
* Clapping: striking with the flat of the hand using medium force.
* Knocking: tips of the fingers on loose hand, brought down as strike.

Acupressure

Self Acupressure

Self-acupressure has been performed in Asia for thousands of years.
There are a wide range of books and videotapes on the subject so that people can learn how to self-perform acupressure in the comfort of their own homes.

It is a cost-effective treatment and no special equipment is required, all you need is a finger ! You can use fingertips, knuckles, or thumbs to press you can also buy items that press for you.

It can be performed alone anywhere any time. You doesn't need to practice at a particular time of the day to experience its effects.

Each body and each area of the body requires a different amount of pressure.
If it hurts a lot when you apply pressure on a point, then use lighter pressure. The calves, the face, and genital areas are sensitive. The back, buttocks, and shoulders, especially if the musculature is developed, usually need deeper, firmer pressure

Press for around 1 to 5 minutes on any points you are treating and give an equal time to the same point on each side of the body, as in fact you may experience discomfort on one side when the problem is actually on the other side.
Use moderate pressure don't try to drill a hole in yourself but also just resting a finger on an acu-point won't have much effect.

Caution: As with all the therapies on this website consult your doctor before you administer any treatments. See a qualified acupuncturist first and discuss possible acu-points.
